An investor, using a SIPP, will not have any right to "free" or subsidised / preferential terms to use of the property or associated resort. In fact they will be specifically excluded for any direct use or benefits from ownership.

100% finance is not available

There will be no furniture package in the sale (this will be owned and provided by the management company where appropriate)
